Flexometal (Magnet Receptive) Sheet

Flexometal is, as the name suggests, a flexible ferrous sheet. It is made from re-cycled materials and has a high ferrous (iron) content making it receptive to magnets and able to stick to magnetic surfaces. Flexometal sheet has probably the highest percentage concentration of ferrous particles for any flexible ferrous sheet available in the UK making it the most attractive to magnets. Flexometal is only available through Abel Magnets.

Flexometal Sheet on a roll is ideal for transforming any surface into a magnet receptive display area.

In particular customers often use our dry wipe/white gloss faced flexometal to create a magnet receptive whiteboard surface.

The plain flexometal sheet is often used as a “magnetic” lining paper prior to decorating a wall with either wall paper or paint.

White gloss faced Flexometal sheet is digitally or screen printable making it possible to create magnet receptive graphic displays.

Flexometal sheet has been fire tested at the Building Research Establishment and classified to Euroclass fire resistance classification EN13501-1. It is the only ferrous sheet available in the UK that carries this classification giving you peace of mind that putting our Flexometal sheet up on the walls of any building will not cause a fire hazard.

Flexometal is easy to handle and can be readily cut with either a craft knife or good quality scissors.

We also supply an ultra thin (0.17mm) ferrous sheet, Printosteel, available in wide format, 1370mm x 50m, rolls which is ideal for producing quick change in store graphics to be mounted on magnetic mountings used in many high street retail chains.
